so you pulled out of a deal you had voluntarily signed up to, and now find the T&Cs (that you failed to read) are not to your liking?Please anyone reading do not EVER EVER EVER get roped in by this company. They are the worst estate agents you could ever come across. They rob people of their money and they will rob you. I went for a viewing and paid the deposit to take the room off the market,the very same day I rang up to say I could not continue with the room because of unforeseen circumstances and asked for my deposit back or at least the majority of it. Legally they have to give back the deposit minus any costs they incurred but they refused to give back the full £250 that they robbed from me. SERIOUSLY GUYS DONT GO FOR THEM, WHEN I RANG THEM TO TRY AND GET IT BACK THEY WERE RUDE, PUT THE PHONE DOWN AND INSISTED THE MANAGER HAD LEFT THE COUNTRY THEY ARE A TOTAL AND UTTER COMPLETE SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!
