Thank you all. I am about to invesigate the registered owner of the car park.
I've read through #3, but am I wrong in saying this is only if the driver didn't contact the PPC before the NTK? As previously said, driver contacted RCP (Regional Car Parks) inadvertently naming herself as the driver.0 -
