It must be cash withdrawals or cash type transactions.
If not you will have to call Santander and ask them. It could be an error of some sort.
Do your spending on your Barclaycard if you wish but you won't be getting any cashback so be sure that is what you actually want before you go closing the Santander card.
actually do get cash bank on the Barclay card. I'll phone the clowns tomorrow to try and get to the bottom of it0
