Purchased from where? If it's a UK retailer then yes, you're entitled to a full refund.0

Yes uk online retailer. Do I need to cancel the contract or just ask for the refund?0
-
Which retailer, did you return it in store or online?
Cancel the contract AND demand a full refund as is your right under the CCRs. (This assumes you're doing this all within 14 days of receiving the goods)0 -
Yes ordered, received and returned within a week only to receive email saying I could only exchange for items to the same value....0

And the name of the retailer is?0

A lot of tacky clothing companies have websites that end in .UK - doesn't mean they are UK sites.
In any event OP, people here will be able to give you far more help if you give the name of the company.0 -
The company is called couture club, I can see nothing to suggest not uk based especially as they state they began in Manchester0

This is in their T&Cs, although I think one point contradicts the previous one (my bolding)VOUCHER CODES
The following Terms and Conditions apply to all promotion codes or discount code offers.
Discount Codes and offers are valid on full price items only unless otherwise advertised.
Offers exclude all gift cards and other selected items.
To take advantage of an offer, the relevant Promotion Code must be entered at the checkout.
No cash or any other alternative will be given
The discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer
All items purchased with a discount code or a promotion code are ineligible for a refund and may be exchanged only.
Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
Discount codes cannot be used in our Trafford Centre Store.0 -
Ah ... I could see nothing in general terms and conditions. I just want to be sure when I contact them what I am entitled to ask for as I thought a refund is within my rights0

I don't believe those terms are legal, especially the bit I bolded which is why I said their statement about your rights not being affected is contradictory, as they are attempting to restrict your rights (I think, someone will confirm/deny as appropriate)
I think you should get a refund of the price you paid, not the retail price before the voucher was applied.0
