So 1 per cent of MSE Forum members don't read threads and don't understand the law on CC surcharges. Pretty good actually.
the survey was more "tongue in cheek" than owt else, I will examine my credit card statement carefully when it comes, it should therefore say £195 not £197.50 then0 -
just as a point of order, if they are in fact charging (which is against the rules) and 1 million car drivers pay by credit card/debit card online then thats an extra £2.5m they can use to fill in potholes
