MSE Credit Club - No Information now showing

Hi, all of my information has disappeared from my file other than my name. I emailed Experian over a week ago and haven't even had a reply. I know their was some sort of problem but I would have expected something back by now other than an automated response. Has anyone else had this happen? Thanks
