MSE Credit Club - unable to show Experian credit report

Options
Hi

I've been a "member" of the MSE Credit Club since it started but it's been unable to show my (detailed) Experian Credit Report for a few months (it says try again later). I am logged in, I can see my scores and the higher level info on the Credit Club pages.

I can't see any contact info to report this and ask what's happening, it's not in the FAQs, any ideas here, please?

Thank you

    Hi there,

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble accessing your report. Are you able to confirm when your credit score last updated in the club? You can see the 'last updated' date in the top right corner of your account?

If it's been more than 3 months since your scores last updated, this will be the reason your report is no longer showing in your account.

Because we don't have access to the data in your account, we can't see why we're no longer able to match you to your Experian data.

For now, you could try deleting your account (via the settings menu in the top right corner) and re-registering.

I hope this helps but let me know if you have any questions.

  • Thanks, Chris, last updated 9 Dec 18, tried re-registering with a different email address and have the same problem, dashboard and scores but no report. I think the last successful report was a few months ago, since then always saying there's a problem and try again later.

Thanks for confirming when this last updated. For this, we could ask Experian to look into it for you. So we can do this, you can email us on creditclub@moneysavingexpert.com

    thanks,

  • Thank you - I've emailed as you've suggested.
