Ravenheat csi120 dhw issue

Hi. Having hot water problem on my ravenheat boiler. Turn on hot water tap boiler doesn't fire up but will f I leave it running for 5 minutes it kicks in. What I have been doing is running tap for couple of minutes turn it off and run again it then will fire up after about 30 seconds. I had dhw heat exchanger replaced few years ago think it might be flow switch issue.
