The lady got in touch by e-mail and has passed it on to someone else,awaiting their reply now,so things are getting sorted,should know soon ether way whats happened

This is exactly what happened to me on Tuesday, I got the 5 symbols for the laptop win and then couldn't log in with my username/password but managed to reregister with identical details to those I had originally registered with (including identical username). I e-mailed [EMAIL="contact@windowslivelounge.co.uk"]contact@windowslivelounge.co.uk[/EMAIL] and got an e-mail back from a man saying he didn't work for microsoft anymore and he gave me the e-mail address of someone else to contact. I e-mailed her last night but haven't heard anything from her today, I'll let you know what she says if/when I hear something!
