Brilliant, well done you and the judge
Another one bites the dust !!0 -
So technically I cant do anything if they dont pay but if it was other way round like I didn't pay so then CEL could have instructed the bailiff and squeeze the money out of you. That is so unfair @Umkomaas0

Yes, technically you can do something, apply for an enforcement order via the court and engage bailiffs at a cost, recoverable from CEL, provided the bailiffs can physically access their premises. And as I see it, therein lies the rub.
But this is all hypothetical, based on you not being paid your costs order, as suggested rather prematurely by beamerguy. But I'm sure a fine, upstanding private parking company won't ignore a court instruction! :cool:Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Hi guys its been over 14 days and I haven't received any letters from court nor a response from CEL. They should have paid within 14 days but they ignored court instruction. What should I do now?0

Re-read post # 44 above - good advice in there.0

Any chance I can write to the court? Also I will make a complain to my local MP as advised before.0

Umkomaas is jesting saying that CEL are a fine upstanding company
You need to contact the court for their advice considering CEL likes to hide away.
You probably have their listed address
Civil Enforcement Ltd
Horton House
Exchange flags
Liverpool
L2 3PF
No doubt this is a mailing address.
Ask the court what they do in such circumstances0 -
Thank you Beamerguy I will do that0
