Hi just a quick update. WS & exhibit has been sent to the court and CEL via first class stamp. I have the proof of postage. Have I done the right thing or should have done recorded delivery? Also would that be a good idea to send all the documents on to CEL Email again as a proof?

NEVER use any form of signed for when sending to PPC/solicitors as, if they decline delivery, they have proof it WASN'T delivered. It is OK to send to court as signed for but NOT on a Friday as courts are not normally manned on a Saturday and there is always the danger of it becoming lost. We do recommend delivery to the court by hand for such important documents.

Getting proof of postage is good as it is deemed delivered two days later but if it doesn't ACTUALLY arrive.................

Hi Le_Kirk thank you for your response. I sent it yesterday and just checked the tracking details now showing it has been delivered to court this morning. For CEL it was first class large stamp with a proof of postage. Hopefully CEL chicken out. Thanks again for your useful advice really appreciated it.

Victory guys I WON the case wooohooo :j

Had a hearing scheduled for today at 10am. Arrived at 09:40 and checked in with usher. I have waited for about two hours but no sign of calling my case. I approached usher to find out what is happening? They replied they are running late due to one judge ruling out most cases and my case will be called very soon. I asked did anyone from CEL turn up? Usher lady finger pointed at a young Indian lady called Mithal sitting in the corner. Miss Mithal looked at me and smiled. Moving on around 12:10pm my name was called. I let Miss MIthal entered the room first then me. We both sat down and DJ read out case number between defendant and claimant etc etc. Then he proceeded further

DJ Dodsworth: Mr Defendant did you search up online to write your WS?
Defendant: Yes sir someone helped me
DJ Dodsworth: Your WS is load of non sense and have no legal base
    (I didn't say anything)
DJ Dodsworth: Miss Mithal how can you prove that the defendant vehicle exiting from the site? I can see the vehicle entering clearly but the exiting is blurred.
CEL Rep: Well thats the picture I was given (At first I thought she was gonna puke up Lol)
DJ Dodsworth: You have failed to prove the same car exiting the site therefore the case is dismissed. Would you like to say anything Miss Mithal?
CEL Rep: The decision has been made so I have nothing further to say(Irritated voice)
DJ Dodsworth: Would you like to say anything Mr Defendant?
Defendant: Yes Sir. I would like to claim my loss of earnings which I have included with my WS
DJ Dodsworth: Do you have proof?
    Defendant: Handing over wage slips
DJ Dodsworth: Ordered CEL to pay £90.83 to the defendant within 14 days.
CEL Rep: Irritated and said why should we pay?
DJ Dodsworth: You have brought a hopeless claim knowing you are going to lose.
CEL Rep: Its not my fault (Irritated voice)
DJ Dodsworth: I am not saying its your fault. You have a faulty camera so its a technical failure.
DJ Dodsworth: Mr Defendant you won the case not because of your legal arguments but the technical fault.
CEL Rep: Walked out the room (Annoyed)
    Defendant: Thank you sir

Literally guys took no more then 5 minutes. I hope CEL learn their lesson and stop harassing innocent people.

Finally a huge thank you to all of you admin who have supported me from the scratch. Its been really stressful but nonetheless happy with the end result big burden off the shoulder. Once again guys THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH I couldn't do it without your help. Really grateful and really appreciated

Miss Mithal should stay away from scammers if she wants a legal career.

If CEL don't pay, you send in the court bailiffs, costs about £100 which is added to the debt and you get it back when the bailiffs collect. If CEL cannot afford it, the bailiffs seize goods. WIN WIN

CEL operate in a 'hall of mirrors' labyrinthine world of parent, sister and tenuously linked 'clean' companies, with reported off-shore ownership trails. I doubt a bailiff could recover a paper clip, even if they could find a physical address that they could 'nail' to CEL.

The only 'address' they show is the rent-a-space/mail drop facility at Horton House in Liverpool, yet show an 0115 area code (Nottingham) for telephone contact, yet it's understood that there's a presence somewhere in London.

One of the finest examples of private parking's deliberate opacity.
