Did you test that the bar actually worked? Three and GiffGaff both have staff who claim to be able to bar these scams, but when tested they have had to admit that they are unable to do so.
Network staff regularly confuse a "premium charge bar" with a "charge to bill bar". Only the latter is effective against these scams.0
