Rang asked why was told 18mth contact £30 a MTH??? They changed it ? .Jan speaking to managers still no service .set up Nov .phone call late evening male aggressive demanding I pay £190 now to get an engineer out or they can't fix it .I said no no no had me in tears .

Wrote letter advising breaching contract agreement .they replied we see no problems with your supply ? .second letter still no luck .refused to send me deadlock letter .been to ombudsman can't do until I have deadlock letter .next letter BAILIFF . They sent to bailiff for £322 ..perplexed!! Making me very ill .and utility devostated that I'm in debt from nothing ..any advice greatly appreciated .thank you .

No company can send a bailiff until the matter has been to court and you lose the case.
Tell them, in writing, that you look forward to seeing the company in court.
In the meantime, I would go back to my old telephone supplier and get your service restored by them."There are not enough superlatives in the English language to describe a 'Princess Coronation' locomotive in full cry. We shall never see their like again". O S Nock0 -
I have spoken to THE BAILIFF COMPANY.They have suggested I send them all the letters to say that I am fighting this claim and that will delay .but still stands as debt .
I'm scared to go with someone else and start another contact when they could carry this on for years ...at my end with this 0 -

To repeat, unless the matter has been to court, they are NOT bailiffs, they will be debt collectors.
To be honest, I would tell this so-called bailiff company that you will not deal with them.
Do as I suggested earlier. Get your phone service restored by your original provider, and write to Pop Telecom (who from what I have read previously are somewhat of a cowboy outfit) and tell them that as they have failed to provide you with the service you ordered, you consider they have broken the contract between yourselves, and you are making other arrangements.
If what you have said in your original post is correct, then PT haven't got a leg to stand on. No court would side with them if it went that far."There are not enough superlatives in the English language to describe a 'Princess Coronation' locomotive in full cry. We shall never see their like again". O S Nock0 -
Thanks again .sorry just frightening all this if you don't understand .0
