Again, it is post #2 of the NEWBIES thread that you need to be reading. In particular, look at bargepole's 'what happens when' post linked from there. -
What is the date that your Witness Statement and evidence is due?
I'll refer to this post again. Thanks
14 days before hearing so i have 5 days. Have to prepare and send a copy to CEL and Court by speedpost.

But we never use post for witness statements.
Please just read the NEWBIES thread section about witness statements and get one with doing it late and don't give up, no it's not too late.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Confused here. I have received Notice of Allocation and have to send Defense Statement and other facts to Court. What do yo mean by 'we never use Post'?0 -

You do not have to send a Defence to the court. You sent your Defence to the court back in February.Deal_or_Not wrote: »Confused here. I have received Notice of Allocation and have to send Defense Statement and other facts to Court. What do yo mean by 'we never use Post'?
You have to send your Witness Statement and evidence to the court and to the Claimant.
Hand deliver it to the court - neatly presented to make it easy for the judge to find things.
Email a copy to the Claimant.0 -

Thanks a lot. Keeping my cards close to my chest. Don't want to reveal the exact information here just in case the Claimant is keeping an eye here for any details.
I'll prepare the Witness Statement now and hand deliver to Court.
I only have the email of the legal team of the Claimant so I'll send the documents to them by email.
Thanks a lot.0 -
What was the outcome? After ignoring letters for several months I just recieved a county claim form and have no idea where to start.
They seem to use bullying tactics in order to pay up. I really want to fight it0 -
Alexs27, did you even read the thread you have posted on before asking that question? What was the outcome?
If you had, you would've noticed that less than four hours before your post the OP was about to send emails.
I very much doubt that, even if the OP has sent those emails, he will have received any response yet. The wheels of justice do not move that quickly.
You now need to be reading post #2 on the NEWBIES FAQ sticky thread to discover how to deal with your Claim Form.
If having read that post you still have questions then please start a new thread.
Trying to deal with the issues of two different people in one thread can only lead to confusion.0
