Thanks-thats £20 for a couple-does that mean it may be better to join singly-would quidco pay out twice?

It would be cheaper to join singly.
I got paid twice on 1st Feb.

Has anyone who joined NT via quidco at end of last year got their new 2008 membership books and parking stickers yet? We are still waiting for ours.

I signed up on 21st December and deferred for 2 months in order to give as a christmas present, but to tie in with my own membership which runs from end of feb - got our pack just before the start of February and the membership just says "February 2008" not a specific date.

I had to submit an enquiry for the quidco but it came through about 2 weeks ago as validated.

I would enquire with them if you expected to receive your stuff last year - when I first joined about 2 years ago I got nothing but my temporary card, and when I enquired as to my pack etc they had no record of me joining at all.

Thanks hmaffin. We received our membership cards and 2007 packs fine (back in December) but, as our membership did not start till January 2008, we were expecting to receive new membership books and car park stickers for the 2008 season. I have emailed NT twice but they seem to be ignoring me.

I just wondered if anyone else who joined last year had received new 2008 books and car park stickers yet.

Yes, we have received our new books and stickers.
We joined mid november and it was around the middle of Feb.

In your posistion I'd carry on using the old sticker and put a note in the windscreen saying "2008 sticker not received".
I don't think they will penalise you especially if they know they have had a problem keeping up.

AH I'm sorry I misunderstood your point. Emailing them has proved fruitless for me too in the past - best to phone - to save your time. Use saynoto0870

My thanks again hmaffin. :A

I have a personal rule never to phone 0870 numbers so I was against calling them. I don't know why I did not think of using saynoto0870. I did as you suggested and have got it sorted now. New 2008 membership books and car park stickers are now on their way.:T


It is a good job there was another number as they had me holding on the phone for ten minutes while they put the details into their computer. :mad:

Thanks all- i have now joined twice singly total cost (after quidco)£29- plus 2 pairs of binoculars (will not use these so might have to give them to Oxfam.)
