Napster transfer to Mobile Phones

Hi,

I am about to get a Sony Ericsson W910i as part of a new contract with T Mobile but am slightly worried about my already purchased music tracks from Napster.

I beleive I can transfer all my ripped CD's from my PC to the W910i but will I be able to transfer my tracks from Napster to this?

I'd be grateful if anyone could let me know if it's possible?

Many Thanks

  • The files are wma

Sorry for the late reply - hope you can still help
  • From what I can see the phone supports MP3 and AAC.
It won't play protected WMA files.

You'll have to burn the files to a CD and then rip them back off as MP3's, or strip the DRM from the files (something we can't discuss on here) and then convert them to MP3.

  • Thanks Dave,

Is it quite easy to rip the wma files to CD? Is this not protected too or can I just do this with blank CD's?

What application would I need to rip them with? Media Player?
  • yeah Media Player should work fine
