Perhaps .... depends on lots of things ....... insulation - double glazing, cavity walls, doors, ceilings, pipes .......... your lifestyle ......... how well you control your heating ........ how many/long showers you take .... cooking ............. for E7 you should be looking at 40% plus night use .............. tariff ............ etc
