Credit file clean up (I hope)

Ok so here’s the deal I have a few defaults from 2015 which were sold to debt collectors, Zinc, Lantern and Lowell. And was hoping to apply for a first time mortgage which was obviously turned down (broker said I fitted criteria but credit score was too low). I’m in Northern Ireland so we don’t have mortgage lenders for adverse credit histories. (Anyone know of any let me know)
Currently the balances of these are
Lowell £425 - would take £298 as a settlement
Zinc £195 - would take £95 as a settlement
Lantern - £418 - waiting on settlement figure back
I am gonna clear these even though they will probably make no difference to report but will be satisfied at least.
So on to the next few current balances
PayPal credit limit £450 - spent £398 - pay £20 a month
And another loan which is £525 left owing, this was Finance. Due to be cleared by November - pay £65 a month
I also have car Finance which is £83 a month
These aren’t defaulted or anything just current. Would
It be beneficial to me to get these also paid off, just so that is reduces my overall credit balances. I will continue to just pay the car monthly balance left is about £1,900
Have an aqua credit builder credit card which started off at £900 limit and has now risen to £2100, I spend approx £60-£100 a month on this which is paid off in full every month.
Other bills and expenses, mobile phone contract, also have my sisters and her boyfriends in my name (although they give me the money to pay), tv licences, food, electric, insurance etc totals about £300 per month.
So at the end of the month after all the bills are paid I have left about £900.
Really just wanting to know would I have a better chance of getting a mortgage in several months if most of these accounts are closed down? Ask me anything I may have missed.

Reduce your debts but don't close down the accounts.
Keep paying your debts and the card in full.
But close the phone accounts that are not in your name. Get them to sort their own phones.0 -
Yeah il probably have to talk to them about that as there is probably a couple hundred left owing between them.
