So since I last posted I have made a couple of other overpayments. My first mortgage is currently at £225999 and the other is lower down the 72nd thousand, but I’m not exactly sure what the exact amount is :) Next stop is to get our first mortgage under £220000 and the second under £70000. :)

Mortgage 2 now at £224999 :) I have to try and not get too over excited about paying, as we want to do other things!

Mortgage 2 is at £222999.99 now. Feels so far away and that there’s never much change, but of course it’s loads of money that we are paying off. Slowly but surely…. Just need to recognise each small step.

So we are now lower than £220000 after today, so that’s the first target. Need to get the other below £70 now. Next target is 210000 :)
