Just4life Nex Gen phone scam

My 20 year old son has had £4.50 a week taken from his 02 mobile account bill although he has never agreed or given permission for this. This has been going on for several weeks and he now been charged £59.50. 02 have now blocked the subscription but have said he needs to get a refund from the company. The company will not answer the phone and I cannot find an email address on line to contact them. I have looked at the PSA (phone paid services authority) website but they can only help if you have managed to contact the company first.

Has anyone got any advice he is an apprentice and cannot really afford £60 in unauthorised phone charges.

The account-holder needs to check the short-code on the PSA website. If there is no email or website listed for this company complain about this omission to them.
