Sky Q out of contract

Hello. We are just about to come to the end of our Sky Q 18 month contract with Multiroom and 2 mini boxes. I wondered what the best price people have negotiated to keep Sky Q and the same equipment please? We don't have movies or sports, and typically only watch the free to air channels. The reason we got Sky was for the multi-room, recording and HD facilities, something that other providers can't offer.

You should be looking at around £15 for entertainment plus £12 for the Q experience

In that case suggest you think about cancelling Sky. Get three Freesat HD recorders and check which LNB is on the Sky dish, if it only has two outputs it would need changing to a eight output LNB and maybe four new cables would be needed to be run from it to the second / third locations. First year outlay around £600 - £700, ongoing nothing.

BT certainly offer all three on Freeview / Youview. Or as above you can DIY it. Each box would record independently.
