i'm still waiting for mine, it was apparently despatched on the evening of thursday 15th so hoping to receive it today.

it wasn't with the postman so presuming it will come by parcelforce. a tracking number would be useful so i could see if it was out for delivery or not as i waiting in at the moment for it.

After I got the cancellation from Virgin, I went for a search and found the same bundle for £29.99 on www.ShopTo.com. Ordered and got it next day. Now I have 2 more bundles, lucky 2 people i know want it for XMAS, I'll look well generous!

well mine still hasn't come, even though it was despatched on the evening of thursday 15th november.

then i get this email this afternoon:

i tried phoning virgin today and after the 4th attempt after being cut off i was then on hold for 15 minutes and gave up
