Hello all, new to this forum!
I’m about 9 months in to a 18 month contract with Sky, fibre, talk and tv. To be fair I’m getting a good deal at £40pcm which I pay £5 extra a month for box sets - was able to haggle and make good of the retention offers by saying I was going to leave etc.
Now my question is this; come April I am moving back into my mums for a bit to save up some money, get out of debt and save up for a car, only 3 months between new tenancies; however I wanted to know if there was any loopholes I could use against sky to bring my monthly charge down from sky even more for those 3 months whilst I have no use for the package. I just spoke to sky and they said the best they could do was takeaway the £5 I pay for box sets. I understand I’m in a contract however £40 is a lot of money for a service I don’t have use for, paying line rental on a line I’m no longer renting etc etc
Thanks for your time if anyone has even read this

You'd maybe have a get out for the phone/BB if Sky put the price up enough however I can't remember them doing that, at least in the recent past. I don't think they've ever done it for TV at all.0
