Non-refundable hotel booking problems

  • Update...
A few days after contacting expedia about my problem they got.back in touch with me. Expedia had got in touch with both hotels explaining my problem and convinced the Fairfield inn anaheim hills to allow me a FULL REFUND.

The lady who dealt with the issue was very polite and helpful and my problem was dealt with fairly quickly

I have since booked a different hotel in close proximity to Disney at a similar price.

Just goes to prove that one should ignore all the posters on here who have a habit of making things up.
As said previously anyone who said "no refund" could not and did not know if this was true or false
Therefore their advise was counter productive
