Getting huge numbers of scam e-mails, most from same domain, any way to stop them?

It seems that one of my e-mail addresses has been compromised, happily not my main one. I'm getting large numbers of scam e-mails, mainly from an address with sysprem as the domain.
They are ostensibly offering free gift cards from Morrisons/Tesco/Amazon/etc for surveys, diet advice (flat belly - how do they know?
), personal services (Asian brides, hot Russian babes, etc).
Many are already marked as spam, and I dutifully mark the others as spam. Virgin Media are learning, and a higher proportion are now marked as spam. But they end up in my inbox rather than in spam.
It's getting tedious. Is there anything I can do to stop this? Unsubscribing is a no-no as it just confirms a live address. Thanks for your suggestions.

Thanks, kwikbreaks.
I found the link and was able to block the address I complained of as well as a number of similar senders.
It will be interesting to check tomorrow's messages.0
