Private sellers 1000 free listings from March

I'm not sure that all sellers have noticed this limit as I watch several 'private' Sellers in categories I use a lot and one still shows as having well over 2000 BIN listings.
I checked when they were listed in case they were the tail end of 30 day listings from last month, but only a few are. So this seller has either missed the news and the fees showing when they list or have decided to pay the listing fee. It seems odd though that they haven't opted for a shop as it would work out cheaper now to register properly as a business and have a shop - especially if they follow their normal pattern of having around 3000 BIN listings a month active.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards.
