Obviously you will be putting DJ Grand's judgment in evidence which was the entire point of why I linked it in my reply in Beamerguy's Abuse of Process thread. The whole point is, that one has a judgment/order to use as evidence.

The judgment/order can't be copied & pasted. I don't mean the words, I mean the PDF.

I've looked through all of the posts on the abuse of process thread and can't seem to find the pdf. Is it the image of the letter on the thread of the Southampton case that was struck out by DJ Taylor?

In regards to costs, how much should I claim in regards to indemnity costs?

Three figures. Like Justica who convinced the Judge that the case met the HIGH BAR for unreasonable conduct, by listing all the abuse of process/late submissions and omissions and fake costs by the Claimant:

It is a high bar so you will need a crib sheet on the day and not be shy to read it.

I won!! Probably one of the most nerve-wracking things I've ever experienced. The judge and claimant representative were sick of their lives by the time I'd finished waffling. The judge found that I had entered into the contract but I hadn't breached the terms as I'd displayed my ticket correctly at the time of parking :j She wouldnt award me costs for loss of earnings/leave as I had no proof from my employer. But I'm just glad it's all over. Thank you for all of your help throughout, definitely would have been £185 down without it!

Well done, a major monkey off your back. :T

Could you give us a court report, including who the Judge was, which court, were VCS represented, did the Judge give them a hard time, how long did the case take etc. It will help many who travel this road in future as VCS victims.

Love it. I think I'd be the same. Rabbit on and bore them into submission.
