in Techie Stuff
I cannot open links in outlook. They won’t open as of today on my Lenovo yoga or a new iPhone 6s I just got. I get ‘Hmm cannot reach this page’ on Lenovo and ‘safari cannot open page as to many redirects occured’. I’ve literally spent the whole day trying to rectify and I am not techie. Thought it was just an apple issue till they asked me to try it on my yoga. Been on YouTube, checked on here tried various things from these places and Microsoft help pages and I’m completely stuck. I’ve been able to open one link I was previously unable to open but that only lasted a short while and now I can’t open it again. This was on the Yoga only. I’m also finding in some websites if there is something to click into to it’s been a bit hit and miss. Any thoughts.

Also to mention the links seem to go into safelinks and the pages just won’t open as of today.0

Since no else has replied yet - I'll make a start:
On the face of it, sounds like a connection problem rather than browser or device.
If you're using a home router switch it off - leave a few seconds - switch on again. Give it a minute or so to settle - is that better ?
If not - You've been able to get on here to post - so try to figure out what the differences are when it works to when it doesn't work
Why am I in this handcart and where are we going ?0 -
I could open the emails just not the links within them. I haven’t done anything but for some reason I’m now able to open the links from my iPhone. I haven’t tried the laptop yet. Whether this will change back again. Thanks.0

So if you can send/receive email just fine then it's probably not the connection - maybe some security setting, but I'm clutching at straws there

Define "Outlook". (There are various versions, all by Microsoft and all to do with email, but they're not the same things).0

It’s Hotmail?0

This isn't chat/instant messaging ... please be prescriptive with your replies.
So you have a Hotmail address? And you're accessing your emails in a web browser via the outlook.com website?0 -
Yes I use Hotmail and generally on my laptop I access it through an outlook icon on the desktop and on the iPhone it’s a mail folder on home screen.0

it sounds like a connection issue but cannot be positive about it as it's happening on two devices, according to what you have said.
On your phone, are you using your mobile providers data service or your home broadband service for any data you are trying to get at? You can set your preference on the phone to do either or both. I ask this as it would be interesting to find out if you can get to where you want on the your mobile providers data service.
Then as DoaM has said, define outlook. Outlook on line or Outlook as in Microsoft Outlook, part of office?0
