Anpr double dip overnight??? Desperate!

Hello to this wonderful forum.
Thank you for any help offered.
The driver was working away. The driver used a certain car park each day of working away. The keeper has been unfairly treated as having gone into the car park on a Thursday morning and not seen leaving until Friday afternoon. The driver was not recognised as leaving on Thursday afternoon and returning to the car park Friday morning.
The driver has witness statements confirming vehicle seen away from car park during Thursday evening! In a completely different town many miles away. The driver also has receipts from a large supermarket chain in a city far far away from the car park.
The keeper has POPLA code. Only point the driver has or suspects is flawed ANPR technology. The keeper needs help with the POPLA appeal; the keeper is unsure what else to rely on other than the true fact that double dip has taken another victim unfairly!
Are witness statements and receipts enough to prove vehicle not on car park premises all night?
Dismayed at this problem and the vile nature of these petty little Pcs!
Thank you for any help with this everybody. I'm panicked and stressed at being treated as some kind of criminal.

Hi and welcome.
The very first thing you need to do is edit your post.
It was the driver who parked the car. I t was the driver who worked away.
The keeper has a PoPLA code.
You need to properly distinguish between the driver and keeper.
For your own protection, edit your post NOW!!0 -
Don't panic, you are amongst friends.
Use all the template appeal points that are relevant from post 3 of the NEWBIES. Choose from
Not the landowner
Inadequate signage
No standing to bring charges
Non PoFA compliant NTK
Double dip/unfit for purpose ANPR
plus anything else relevant.
Post your draft here before submitting it.
The keeper was presumably an occupant of the car.
Evidence/witness statements that the keeper AND their car was elsewhere will be very valuable.
Send an SAR to the scammers, including a request for ALL images of the vehicle.
Point out that not providing ALL images including the first exit and second entry are a breach of the GDPR regulations which will result in an ICO complaint.
Please do complain to your MP about this unregulated scam.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.

You must be working off a phone then? Get on to a PC, a laptop or a decent sized tablet. You're not going to be able to do this quite detailed stuff on a phone. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Thank you, saved me additional time taking stress out on my handset0

With regards to template points; is it good practise to include other points even if not particularly relevant to the case? For example, if someone was unsure who the landowner was etc0
-
Of course.
They have to prove all of the points. You only have to win one.
Read some of the sample PoPLA appeals linked from post #3 of the NEWBIES thread. Some run to over twenty illustrated pages.0 -
Thank you i will scour this forum intensely!0

As above, use all the template points. You assert this, they must prove the contrary. If you don't assert it they get off the hook.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.
