"Final demand for outstanding payment" from Trace Debt Recovery Ltd

I just received a letter today from trace legal department. Am sure you know the contents of the letter but pretty much the same threatening tone about paying up or else they will prep for court...
Look, you already know that Trace are powerless timewasters.
If they so wish to prepare for court, let it be so.
As the debt does not belong to them, very little they can do.
This is between you and the PPC, not a cloud living debt collector

So can anyone tell me what to do if I do get a LBC in the post from the PPC or a solicitor? Everyone seems to be copy pasting the same reply, ‘this is an unregulated...’ nonsense
I’m not at the point where I have gotten an LBC, only just getting Trace letters demanding final payment. What do I do if they send an LBC? Do I have to go to court?
What are estimated costs for me to attend/have legal help?
Thank you for any help as always, I don’t want to be a fanny but unfortunately with things like this, I am. The mention of court scares me:rotfl:

First you read the thread at the top of the board that tells Newbies to read it first. It has an entire section on dealing with an LBC.
Once you've read it you start your own thread.0 -
Did Trace actually take you to court??0

Last time the OP was on the forum was January 2019, so suspect either resolved and they didn't come back to tell us or still ongoing. Suggest you send a message to OP to ask.3

Trace can't take people to court over Parking Charges. They are just a debt crawler waste of space, there to inflate the charge.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:

I have the same situation with Trace Recovery over a car parking fine which is a car parking space I pay rent for attached to my apartment. As it's now 2024, how did ignoring go? I feel very intimidated as they are warning with legal proceedings, their legal fees etc. They have offered me a good will gesture of paying £700 to clear it but I must uptake that gesture up today or they will proceed. Am I okay to ignore? their website is thetracegroup.co.uk0

If you want further help with your predicament, it is probably a good idea to start your own thread. Anything else will soon become confusing.1
