hi guys re the letter (above) changing my court hearing from 10;30am to 11;30am. i arrival at 10;20am thinking im an hour early only to notice that on the wall my time was still 10;30 and the claimants solicitor saying he thought i was going to miss court not sure what that was about the judge didnt say anything.

re the dismissal i told the judge im a simple man with reading difficulty's and took the sign for face value with it saying 2 hours parking as all i could read at best while travailing past i used other amenities first before entering what i would call the car park. e.i it wasnt untill i entered the car park that i thought i was parking i didnt park for over 2 hours with no intention of over staying. the claimants solicitor referred to the small pint i told the judge i cant read the judge agreed also he could not read any of the signs/photos the claimants solicitor offered to show the judge the small print enlarged on his laptop at witch point judge dismissed, the claimant asked judge to conclude judge repeated himself told him its dismissed

have i missed any chance to claim costs against parking eye

Well done, but you are not going to get costs now. You needed to:

(a) file & serve a costs schedule in advance, ideally with your WS which I reminded you to come back for advice on, in June, but you didn't:

Don't forget the evidence exhibits at WS stage (not yet) and do come back in time for that stage.

and

(b) your second chance re costs was to ask the Judge when you were there.
