I have a Moto razr v3i on 18 months contract with vodafone £16 a month 900 mins/200 txt evenings and weekends,landlines and other vodafones(expires first week in jan 2008) if i ring them and offer to renew my contract,could I ask for and expect to get a new phone free of charge?(quite like Nokia n95 or n73) and what is best to say when I ring them.Thanks in anticipation.

Zeebydog if you call the standard customer services line 08700 700191 (or 191 from a Vodafone handset) you will be able to select the option to upgrade from the automated options.
This will put you through to the upgrades team - explain to them you have some handsets in mind and they will go through your upgrade options with you.
