I can only echo the advice on complaining to the ICO, SRA and direclty to the PPC

PPC: State you require them to ensure your data is moreved from this new companies systems, as sharing the data is in breach of the rights and a breach of the DPA2018
- expalin how their erorr came about, and the proceses they have put in place to ensure this does not happen again
- an apology for the distress caused

Should they fail to control their agent, and their agent raises a claim, you will file an applicaiton with the court to get the claim struck out, at their cost, and apply for an injunction citing the multiple claims already in play (3 filed when only 1 should have been) as well as the new claim for matetrs already under lititgfation. As this will be before allocation to any track, they will lack any form of costs protection, and you intend to apply for your full costs at £60 per hour -50% of a band D fee earner, to iindicate the seriousness of the breach.

Do you feel i should make my complaints today,


My main focus at the moment ids getting my defences up to sratch, i only have until the 11th feb or just before,



this new LBC is a very unwanted distraction.

Yes I would get the complaints all done now so it's all behind you, and you can then move on to the defence over the weekend and next week.

My contacts said they'd complained, similar stage to your case.

Nothing further is known as this is new, and needs major complaints to stop repeats of this conduct. It is so bad that the PPC might even be 'told' to cancel the charge/claim, to sweep it all under the carpet.

I have read through the newbies post again and also re read your oringinal post on this thread,, sorry to seem simple but is it just a case of emailing and saying this company DCB Lergal have no right to be sending me letters like this and i wish to make a formal complaint,


I understand you are very bust and apologize if i am asking something which you have already covered before.

Just write a straightforward complaint
The reason is the same for all three, with the PPC getting the added "now tell me how it came about, what youve done to stop it happening again, and an apology" section.

For the ICO and SRA you need to make them aware, simply, that X instructed Y to issue 3 claims instead of 1, and now X has apparently instructed Z to start proceedings against you for the same matters alreadty the subject of litigation by Y, indicated by the issuing of a letter before claim.

TO the ICO - this is a complaint about unlawful releaser of data
To teh SRA - this is about their members Y and Z litigating the same matter.
