Euro Car parks no ticket purchased

Hello everyone. Just before New Years eve 2018 I drove into a ECP car park at just after 19:15 to buy a takeaway from an Indian Takeaway next to the car park. I stayed for just under 20 minutes and left the car park. I did not notice any signs of parking meters.
On about the 10th Jan I received a Parking charge from Euro Car parks for £100, discounted to £60 if I payed within 14 days. I trawled this site and the Parking Cowboys site. None seemed to cover my exact predicament. I have put together a letter that seems to fit. I read on one of the posts on this forum that we could post a letter onto the site for someone to look over and advise of any corrections needed. I apologise if I have missed anything in the Newbies posts, I have looked.
Should I post it onto here? I also read in someone's post that ECP and others monitor these pages and go after posters they can identify.
Thank you for any advice.
