Relative with BULB didn't qualify for their criteria even though he's had it for six years with Scottish Power, so ditching Bulb to switch him to EON. BULB did offer WHD but he didn't reach their criteria which was rather annoying as they don't tell you this when you switch. So afraid he's been worst off with BULB this year!

No sign of my WHD from Scottish Power Yet - I am in the broader group ..
I've normally received it by now - if they don't pay up this year, I will change suppliers0 -
I applied in October to GB Energy Supply/Co-Operative Energy using the broader group criteria and it was paid last week.0

Was invited to apply last September. Cooperative Energy is my dual fuel supplier. Took them months to ask me for evidence (broader group), which I scanned and sent. After a couple of weeks had had no confirmation of receipt of evidence so called them. Operative who answered sounded glum and not very friendly but confirmed evidence received and approved and WHD would be applied to my account by end of March. Very different experience to last year when it seemed like no sooner had I applied than they credited it to my account and didn't ask for any evidence. Beginning to wonder if I'll actually get it. Meanwhile have had the letter about the price increases despite the lovely-sounding capping policy. Need the WHD more than ever!0
