JUst got back from store - ordered two keyrings via machine, handed in club card then vouchers. Woman read the first voucher, scanned it and then went through, with a fine tooth comb (well not really!), the others and refused to scan them. Handed them back to me and said you haven't ordered this. So I very politely asked her if she could scan and see whether computer would accept and she said why should she? I had got 200 points and that was enough and I shouldn't have those. So I said okay, thank you anyway, she gave me my vouchers back and I came away! lol I did look at the frames instore but they were all over £5 so obviously not the right ones.

I would really like the laminated post cards though. If anyone goes to any Essex store adn they have them could they let me know please? You can't order them via the photo machine as they aren't on there.

Also to the person earlier who said they couldn't put their CD in only memory card, I used my CD and it slots in the top right hand side.

I'm using the Hucknall store just down the road from me which has just had an extra floor built with the photo counter on it.
I go around 8PM when the staff are shall we say, not too bright.
I got another 200 last night, she didn't even read the voucher, just scanned it. I grabbed another fistful of books too.

I'll report back on my nightly key ring ordering progress.

Was it a store that is described as 1hr photo processing? Were the photo frames on the photo desk? Just trying to see if Extra stores are all different as the one local to me doesn't have anything for sale only photo machine  . Thanks.

    EDITED:
I've just phoned my local Extra store and they said they don't sell anything on the photographic counter but frames are sold in the store although they didn't know which ones. So I don't know if they are the same as everyone is getting from thier photographic desk. Perhaps "tedstouch" could post the bar code from his frames so we could see if the "instore" ones are the same? Many thanks.

in my two kocal stores one has nothing for sale on the photo counter, yet the other has these frames , barcode 20008 41234. best of luck to ya. as for catalogues, i picked 10 up when i was on my way out last time , now there are none in view anymore, these things are only good why they last. so we must abuse them why we can. mr T.

Just went to my Tescos in Cheshunt and they would not let me use either voucher for the keyring. The guy there said that the cheapest thing I could use the vouchers for was about £10.

Tried buying photo frame too using the self service tills and the vouchers didn't work there either.

    I'm not happy.

Managed to use 4 x 200point vouchers on 4 keyrings, separate transactions, SA didn't read vouchers just scanned them. Couldn't find the photo frames are they near the photo counters or in the normal part of the store?

Well I tried this today but was only allowed to use one voucher - SA refused to take other three and read each one through thoroughly despite me asking her to just try scanning them. So sadly we haven't all been as lucky. Also the stores where there are photo desks that I have been to don't sell anything other than taking payment for the orders you do via the photo thingy, which is very annoying  . I am sure if they would just try to scan the vouchers for the key rings they would be surpirsed themselves...............:) .
