Civil injunctions, CPNs and CBOs replaced Antisocial Behaviour Orders (ASBOs) in England, Wales and Northern Ireland.

Wrong they do exist, AGAIN! ASBO is a known "blanket term" commonly referred to as the above mentioned CI's CBO's CPN's in England and wales a NI.


Hence why I'm surprised the "order" the op mentions is "until they move out" usually they are only 12 months which is why I am asking who issued it and what is it exactly.
