Have you though about visibility issues?
if on the back wall inside the van probably not a problem.
if outside you need to consider reflections and the viewing angles of the screen.
The number of time we have been at events where you can't read the menu unless you get up close is very frustrating,
Writing too small, menu too low down hidden by the people queueing...0 -
For what it's worth (not much), the datasheet linked to by the Amazon link you posted claims that they have one USB 3.0 socket and one USB 2.0 socket (see table 2 on page 8 and figure 2 on page 9):
