2nd floor should be okay. IIRC its third and higher where it gets harder (not impossible but requires extra equipment due to working at height). Make sure you tell Sky you are on the 2nd floor so they don't send anybody who suffers from vertigo or acrophobia unless you want your dish in a pile on the ground0

I'm sure when i signed up it said:
- Basement
- Ground to Second Floor
- Third floor onwards

Yes correct. I read the T&C's and it clearly states a standard installation is no more than the second story & no more than 20metres of cabling.. Should be fine then !
