If you need help you should start your own thread, but really you are in ignore mode unless you get real court papers.

1) A court could easily find against you if the scammers present a better case than your defence. As for costs if you lost, about £175 unless they claimed more and you failed to convince a judge it is inflated.

2) For nuisance and stress? No. You could counterclaim for a DPA breach but you would need to prove they had no business accessing your data.
