Got sent wrong item, they refuse to accept they're wrong - do I have rights?

    Even though you have received a wallet, it's not the one that you ordered so there is no reason why you shouldn't contact your card issuer and request a chargeback.
    Let them know that you can send a photograph of the one you received as well a screenshot from the Facebook page as proof of the difference.

    The worst that can happen is that they won't do anything so it's certainly worth trying.
  • There’s a really annoying pop up that keeps jumping up to say that someone from X town has just purchased. However, it seems to be on a loop so must be absolute lies. Surely this is false advertising?

    there is false advertising all over facebook and google, nearky impossible to stop though, look at all the hassle Mr lewis has had.


    You do need to be aware when buying online and check out who you are buying from
