If OR said it must be replaced, there must be good reason, then that is what will happen. If you have overhead power lines in your road, running on the same poles, then a specialist will have to come out to work on getting the cable to you. If they are going to provide overhead fibre then that is probably a specialist too. Whatever they are doing it is all to get you the best service they can provide.0
