@fruitcake Sorry I am a little confused by what you mean. Could you explain for me? :S
I followed the procedure on the forum after finding a PCN on the car which I am the registered keeper. I waited for the NTK, appealed using the template provided on the newbie thread. It got rejected as expected. Got two dcbl letters in the post to registered car address. The second dcbl said they were giving up. Did I miss a step or something?

I will figure something out for registered address.

To clarify, I received NTK and DCBL (debt collector letters) to my parents house not my current address.
Is the recommendation still to not reply to the be legal letter?

I would email them back and tell them to only use this (state the correct) postal address for service of court papers and other correspondence:

Attach a copy of a DCBL letter you got from your parents, as proof that this is you emailing them and not, say, me(!) and a utility bill if you want to prove the address for service is correct, for the avoidance of doubt.

Then send a SAR to NTC, by email to their data privacy 'team' (a person, I expect) for all photos taken, all data held.

As explained in the NEWBIES thread, 2nd post. You will need to read that more than once as you will be getting an inevitable court claim to defend (we win 99% of them).
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
