40% of a brokers fee at 2k = 10k brokers fee??Let’s call it couple thousand.
But it may nor be a bat ideia this is driving me mad, losing nights of sleep and so on.
If that’s what your broker was proposing to charge you you’re better off out of it, that’s a huge fee to simply arrange a mortgage. Unless I’ve misunderstood.
Anyway post 2 contains all the relevant information and guidance - act on that but expect the outcome laid out there.

Edit: I do of course mean 5k. Thanks AdrianC. Not 10k. But that’s still a huge sum to spend on a broker.0 -
