You can put it into your WS (because it is part of the narrative of what happened on the day and subsequently) but don't expect the judge to throw out the case just because of that.

Hi all,
Here is my witness statement draft.
Please can you let me know if you think I should add/change any of the details/arrangement. 
When they ask you to submit skeleton arguments - does this mean my WS or is this another summarised document of the arguments?

Just wanted to let you know that I won the case this week.
Judge ruled in favour of me mainly because of poor signage (especially no entry sign), poor locations and that they could not provide strong enough evidence that I would have been able read the sign from the location that I had parked.
She did not grant permission for the Claimant to appeal also.

Elmira way is near Trafford park , Manchester , but is just in Salford , Greater Manchester lol
