You can put it into your WS (because it is part of the narrative of what happened on the day and subsequently) but don't expect the judge to throw out the case just because of that.
  • Hi all,
Here is my witness statement draft.
Please can you let me know if you think I should add/change any of the details/arrangement.
When they ask you to submit skeleton arguments - does this mean my WS or is this another summarised document of the arguments?

    Thanks again.
  • @Hamman27 has a good example of skeleton arguments on pg4 of their thread
Ask Google what a SA is, and how/when to submit. That's how I found out.

I agree, discovering is much more enlightening and ingraining than spoonfeeding.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Brilliant news!  Well done.  ANOTHER VCS ONE BITES THE DUST!

Which court was this at and remind us which car park has inadequate entrance signs?

Did you remember to ask for your costs at the end, otherwise it's too late?
