Many point out getting reps from CAB and find they are busy.
Are the any which you can hire from charities/companies/solicitors and come to tribunal?
I guess many will welcome this as forms have deadlines..

CAB very rarely represent people at a Tribunal now. Welfare rights or a law centre still represent. No need for a solicitor.tazwhoever wrote: »Many point out getting reps from CAB and find they are busy.

I find welfare benefits/law centres, you have to live in brough? It's always best to take a professional than your neighbour!0 -
Whether you're represented or not, you still have to speak for yourself, unless you have an appointee. Check whats in your area here.tazwhoever wrote: »I find welfare benefits/law centres, you have to live in brough? It's always best to take a professional than your neighbour!

You will have to speak for yourself during your hearing. Your partner maybe asked at the end if they want to add anything but this doesn't always happen.tazwhoever wrote: »One of my medication makes me very confused due to epilepsy and my partner help me but isn't my appointee.0
