CAB busy?

Many point out getting reps from CAB and find they are busy.

Are the any which you can hire from charities/companies/solicitors and come to tribunal?

I guess many will welcome this as forms have deadlines..

CAB very rarely represent people at a Tribunal now. Welfare rights or a law centre still represent. No need for a solicitor.

I find welfare benefits/law centres, you have to live in brough? It's always best to take a professional than your neighbour!

Whether you're represented or not, you still have to speak for yourself, unless you have an appointee. Check whats in your area here.

You will have to speak for yourself during your hearing. Your partner maybe asked at the end if they want to add anything but this doesn't always happen.
