Parking Eye - 2 PCNs received for same day and time

Wondering what do you mean about this month? The 14day elapses in day or two...
The appeal from the newbie thread is simply to get a POPLA code as its 100% they will reject that default appeal template-is that correct?
NEWBIES thread, Q&A at the start:Q - ''My PCN says the 'fine' will go up after 14 days, so why are you suggesting I wait before appealing?''
A - FORGET THE '14 DAYS JITTERS'. THE SO-CALLED 'DISCOUNT' IS A BRIBE NOT TO APPEAL - YOU CANNOT DO BOTH - BUT WE ACHIEVE 100% DISCOUNT IN ALMOST EVERY CASE.
But you are NOT appealing as your first step, NOT this month.
First, this week, you are complaining to the Clinic Manager, first of all, and not say the car was actually parked in the first area...it was driving round...looking for a space...PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

It's a lot of effort for the regulars to come here every day and deal with about 100 queries like yours every day, but we keep coming back because we hate the scammers and the injustice and banging our heads against a wall when someone say, oh it's too much effort.
Most of what you need to do is copy and paste. Brews and biscuits will help greatly, and the rest is sitting in front of a pooter and reading and typing and fighting …
but only you can decide if it's worth it.
Me, I'll be back here tomorrow, and the next day, and the next, and so will most of the other regulars, all for absolutely no personal gain, to help people like you if you want it.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.

Hats off to all you kind folk who come and respond to us all each day no doubt you are all doing a great service to many.. Huge thanks to you all! :T
I will appeal both PCNs with the same message from the newbie sticky before the 28 days but firstly I will try and get hold of that clinic manager...! When I do appeal shall I add that I received two for the same day/time...?0 -
Yes I would, and state that the Clinic want them cancelled (even if they don't say that!) because an occupant of the car was a patient, and was not actually parked in a staff bay, just drive round and eventually parked in a patient bay. And the Clinic was at fault for not drawing the new t&cs to patients' clear attention.
Blah blah.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
