Static Caravan Park LPG Prices

Has anyone any information regarding prices of piped LPG on static caravan parks? Currently Electricity & Natural Gas prices are covered by 2003 regulations which prevent "Resellers" ( Park operators) from profitting on sales to caravan residents. However, LPG is currently excluded from these regulations. There is generally not too many problems with supply in cylinders, as competition rules apply. Although LPG cylinder gas is relatively expensive, many parks are charging vastly inflated prices for piped LPG making it far more expensive than cylinders. Obviously, the caravan resident has no choice and is completely at the mercy of the park operator. Due to the privations of the years since 2003, many people are now living permanently on these parks, often in poorly-insulated units; consequently these rip-off prices are affecting them significantly.
