    Thank you for all the advice, after many phone calls Carphone Warehouse have listened to the call and admitted I was not informed about the 14 day cooling off waiver, nor did they confirm the new contract terms and conditions and they did send the wrong model, therefore phone returned via shop and contract cancelled.
